Ernie Pozzobon is an accomplished Senior Executive and Board Member with more than 35 years of success across the technology, IT security, software delivery, and printing industries. Leveraging extensive experience in talent management/development and change management, he is a valuable asset for an established growing business seeking guidance in recruiting the right people to work for an evolving organization and/or implementing change into the company and maintaining positive company culture. His broad areas of expertise include sales and marketing leadership, talent acquisition and development, organizational transition, and change management.
Over the course of his career, Ernie has held various leadership positions with Xerox including Director of Marketing Programs, Vice President and General Manager of Office Document Products, and Vice President and General Manager of Marketing and Sales for the North American Channel Group. He has also served as the Chief Operating Officer of Securit Corporation (Shred-It Company), Vice President of Client Relations at Symcor Corporation, and President and CEO of Synerion North America. Currently, he is the President of Goodwell Enterprise which he founded in 2015. Ernie has had tremendous success over the years and has served as a key contributor to numerous organizational achievements. In his role at Securit Corporation, he implemented processes and procedures across all global centers which resulted in the company expanding into new markets, an increase in sales productivity, and driving the M&A activity that grew the business by 25%. As Vice President and General Manager of Marketing and Sales in Xerox’s North American Channel Group, Ernie introduced new channel and sales support procedures that ultimately increased market share by 12% and reduced turnover by 15%. In his current role at Goodwell Enterprise, Ernie serves as a consultant to small and mid-size technology companies in areas such as strategic management, business planning, and sales development while also taking on operational responsibility on a contract basis.
Ernie received his Bachelor of Commerce in Finance and Accounting from McMaster University. He regularly participates in continuing education and has completed programs such as the Executive Development Program at Queens University, the Leadership Development Program at the Centre for Creative Leadership, and the Sustaining Market Leadership Program at Harvard Business School. Ernie is active in his community and has worked with organizations including Habitat for Humanity, Big Brothers, the Deans Advisory Board at the University of Toronto, and youth sports leagues. Additionally, he has served as a Board Member for Junior Achievement; Garden Connections; PayQuicker Online Banking Services; and HR.com.
