He has led large multinational corporations, mid-size organizations, and small early stage companies, both privately- owned and publicly traded. He is best known for recruiting, selecting, and developing talent to highly functional successful leadership teams and extremely successful businesses. He has the ability to operate at all levels in an organization and understands the commitment required to build your own successful business.
Intrigued by innovation he started his career in the technology industry. Working in Sales, Marketing, Strategy, Supply Logistics, Customer Service. Led several organizations of over 5000 people and revenue budgets in excess of $5B. Experienced in leading Global organizations while living in the US, UK, Canada.
At a later stage, took on various C-level responsibility with mid-size companies in technology, software, banking, transportation, and service industry. Having greater influence in the successful outcome of companies provided to be very rewarding and satisfying. Developing new skills to start, build, and grow successful sustainable companies.
Very fortunate to have great education and practical experience to refine skills with an infectious appetite for successful leadership and committed fellowship.
